This is the closest theater to my house, but I avoid it. It's always a little shabby, and either understaffed or staffed by people who don't care. Concession lines very long and slow. When I order something that needs to be made fresh, I've seen take their sweet time getting to it. I've never seen the upstairs, 2nd concession area open, which would help during slow times. Often there is no one at the ticket desk and you have to go around to the customer service desk to buy your ticket. I thought about getting the AMC A-list plan, but decided against it since I'd rather go to another theater chain when possible.
