I've been to a lot of salons as someone who likes to go from dark brown to blonde often and can honestly say that this was the best salon experience I've ever had. Everybody was extremely professional and welcoming. Although they were busy, Alan made sure he spent a good amount of time with me discussing exactly what the options for my hair were, and wrote me up a slip so I could see the cost up front.
