We spent most days out exploring Jeju island, then evenings relaxing in the hotel and in the pool. The food in the Korean restaurant was lovely, we went for the tasting menu and there was so much food, all cooked to perfection, lovely local ingredients and flavours, really enjoyable. Great having the bakery in the lobby, nice to be able to take snacks for a day trip.
