This is my third apartment complex in the past 3 years, and it is by far my favorite. Management are not only friendly but incredibly responsive. The location of the property relative to downtown Durham and Brightleaf is great. Also, while the rent is not "cheap", relative to other 1 BR, 1 BA apartment complexes in the same Durham area, it is one of the cheaper options. For the most part, I really like living in my apartment complex.

What's the monthly rent at this property? I am pleased with my residency here! This is a pretty huge deal when you need power to get into the building and your apartment. The facility is nice. When I first moved into this complex, the pricing for what you got was an absolute steal. But they have not attempted corrected the problem with a new fire alarm system. And Cafe and Tea are free.
