Great place ran by a great family! Many of the staff have been there a long time, that tells a lot in the restaurant business. They also have great classes for those wanting to learn more about smoking and running your business. October The drinks were great and the food was pretty good. Would not recommend the pork or macncheese. The noodles were very overcooked but some people like that. The pork did not have much flavor and the four sauces they offer, taste pretty similar. They do not have a sweet and smokey sauce which is what I am used to. The brisket and fries were good. The server seemed new but she was trying hard and that went a long way.
