I made a horrible decision of choosing this hotel by just believing on the name and fame. My in-laws came to visit me at Indore for the first time and I made them stay at Grande Royale. They had to have very little time in Indore and we booked the hotel only to let them get fresh and have some breakfast. The problem started the moment they arrived at the reception. The staff made them wait for at least half an hour for id verification and didn't give them room to at least keep their belongings. Later, when they moved in, there were no toiletries inside - they had to ask even for a soap.
