The Outer plastic "shell" has broken from the bracket. She asked me how many Nissan vehicles I've owned, to which I replied 2. Then I drilled holes through the bottle caps and reattached the console.

It is easy to move the parts from the old shell to the new and fix it yourself. Thank you for all of your help and advice.
