Class Description: The Intermediate Girls class meets once or twice a week for 1. The Intermediate Girls class continues to build on the skills that the athlete learned in the Beginner Girls class. Classes begin with group stretching and warm-up exercises. Students participate in three event rotations per class. In this class girls continue to grow their skill base from what they have learned in the Beginner Girls class.
