Marion County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a shooting in Ocala that killed a woman Friday night. When they arrived, deputies located a woman who had been shot. Aid was provided by deputies until medical assistance arrived and the woman was transported to an area hospital. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
