Whomever chose these dungeons should be reassigned to waste management. This is a Cataclysm dungeon, which was updated for this season, in order to be on the same level as the rest of the pool, but Blizzard has missed the mark with the balancing. Blizzard confirmed a while ago the patch would go live some time in March, so this isn't too surprising. And throne of the tides is probably going to be an awful key dungeon pretty much the whole way through. All in all, not bad. They will also need to rework the bosses.
