Now the latest innovation to tempt the Netflix crowd is a new scheme which promises to bring the Hollywood lifestyle to watching films. The massive Cineworld in Glasgow city centre has just opened its new VIP Experience service, which will include a special welcome, private drinks lounges with a gourmet buffet, free soft drinks and snacks, as well as intimate screening rooms with massive leather seats. The new attraction from the cinema chain follows the recent opening of a Superscreen and the 4DX viewing experience, all at the tallest cinema in the world, on Renfrew Street in the city centre. According to the chain, the new service aims to offer something different to make your cinema night out as special as possible, with the VIP treatment starting with greeters welcoming the guests to the trendy lounge, while a chef will prepare light gourmet meals in addition to a laid on buffet, with free soft drinks as well as booze available for purchase. This is yet another way to watch a movie, following the successful opening of 4DX, and we are confident this alternative way to watch the next must-see film, will be a huge hit with cinemagoers wanting a premium experience. Being able to laze about and eating all the food I want whilst I snuggle up and take in a good movie is perfection. The VIP includes a buffet with different foods like pizza, pasta, delicious deserts and more. You also get unlimited soft drinks and water alcohol is charged at extra , plus you get unlimited snacks which include hot dogs, popcorn and nachos. Along with all of this you will be viewing the movie in style by relaxing into a lazy boy styled reclining seat that has a touch pad control and a movable table attached for all your snacks. You are encouraged to come in 45 minutes before the time shown on your booking so you can experience everything but I would recommend maybe an hour, an hour and a half before so you can have the full benefit and relax without having to rush. You can do it online or in the cinema just like you would buy a regular ticket. As soon as I got to the top floor of Cineworld, I was impressed. The whole area looks high end and very relaxing. We were greeted by a really friendly woman who told us how the whole thing worked, where everything as and sent us off with a smile.
