I had worked for hours to get to this point and one little mistake with the dripping could ruin the whole thing. When setting up a party on a budget I like to spend my time focusing on one or two things that make the biggest impact. For me the biggest is the cake table. I decided that the combo of the rainbow balloon arch and pony cake would make this party seem so special to Hazel. The balloon rainbow was actually so easy to make, we just used balloons and taped them to the wall. We hung the two garlands to our old dresser to give it that special unicorn touch without being too cheesy.
